During our November Community meeting, Carol Stratton, MSPT, CLT, ATC, shared how physical therapy and exercise can help you recover from breast surgery and manage the symptoms of lymphedema. This podcast will help you:

- Learn to perform safe exercises for maintaining strength and flexibility
- Explore the impact exercise has on your stamina and range of motion

About Our Speakers
Carol Stratton, MSPT, CLT, ATC, is the director of rehabilitation services at Cooper University hospital. She created the comprehensive cancer rehabilitation program there in 2005 and received her Klose lymphedema care certification in 2008. Her specialties include cancer rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine and lymphedema treatment.
