At our June community meeting, Rev. Aundreia Alexander, Esq, talked about connecting to what enriches your spirit and learning how it profoundly impacts your sense of faith, hope and inner peace. Participants learned about:

- Strategies to increase your vitality and inspire well-being while affected by breast cancer
- The benefits of nurturing your spirit and how it leads to good self-care habits
About Our Speaker
Rev. Aundreia Alexander, Esq, is national coordinator for the Office of Immigration and Refugee Services with the American Baptist Home Mission Societies of American Baptist Churches, USA. She is a workshop facilitator and trainer in conflict transformation and disaster preparedness. Rev. Alexander is associate minister at Saints Memorial Baptist Church in Bryn Mawr, Penn., where she also serves as Sheepfold Ministry leader and coordinator for the advocacy branch of the church’s Wellness Ministry. She received her master’s degree in divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. She is a woman affected by breast cancer and a former LBBC Butterfly Ball honoree.
