Exercise offers many physical and mental benefits for women affected by breast cancer, including better physical health, improved sleep, less fatigue and stress and much more. During this free program, get tools and information to aid in your recovery whether you are preparing for breast cancer treatment, currently undergoing treatment or on the road to recovery.

During this free program, Wendy Lubell, will show you

  • how to gain immediate results and benefits through exercise.
  • how to empower yourself when everything else around you seems out of control.
  • how exercise is not only safe, but also imperative to your recovery.

About Our Instructor

Wendy Lubell is a certified personal trainer and life coach with experience in pre- and postnatal exercise, cancer fitness recovery, Pilates mat exercise, nonverbal communication, visualization and soccer coaching. She works with individuals, groups and corporations through motivational speaking, seminars, one-on-one coaching and personal training both domestically and abroad. Ms. Lubell coaches people on improving fitness level, reducing stress, breaking unhealthy habits and achieving desired goals.

A former collegiate and semi-professional athlete, Ms.Lubell has over 12 years of experience training and teaching and has conducted motivational talks to large groups of people. She has collaborated with a number of organizations and institutions, including The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Yale University and Women’s Business Center’s Women on Welfare Program.

Ms. Lubell has developed a training method called XenFit which offers an inside-out approach to wellness. She believes exercise, healthy eating and mindfulness in daily life create the foundation for wellness.
