About Our Speaker

Paul B. Gilman, MD, has an extensive and distinguished career as an oncologist specializing in breast cancer. He is chief of the division of hematology/oncology at Lankenau Cancer Center, located in the Philadelphia suburbs; medical director of the hospital's cancer center; director of the Lankenau Breast Cancer Multidisciplinary Treatment Group; and an assistant professor of medicine at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He founded the oncology clinic at St. Joseph's Hospital in Philadelphia in 1985. Dr. Gilman has received a National Cancer Institute grant and is a principal investigator for several regional oncology clinical trials.
