Save the date! On Saturday, October 18, 2014, Living Beyond Breast Cancer will present our annual black-tie gala, The Butterfly Ball. Join LBBC supporters from around the country at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel for an unforgettable night.

The Butterfly Ball is one of LBBC’s most important fundraising events of the year. The generosity of our corporate and individual supporters is an important financial resource that helps us to fulfill our mission of connecting people with trusted breast cancer information and a community of support. Event co-chairs Rebecca & Jesse Dougherty and Lisa McDonough Toll & William Toll, along with the gala committee and LBBC staff, have begun planning what we’re confident will be an unforgettable evening.

During the gala, Lu Ann Cahn, Robin Bender Stevens,Denise Portner and Margaret Zuccotti, four women diagnosed with breast cancer who have used their personal experience to help and inspire others, will be presented with LBBC’s Going Beyond Award. We’ll also recognize Richard DeMaria, PT, with LBBC’s highest honor, The Founders Award, for the work he does every day to help those diagnosed with breast cancer manage the side effects of treatment and regain physical and mental wellness. The evening will also feature delicious food, special guests, dancing and an exciting live and silent auction! View Auction Preview.
