Breast Cancer Action

Breast Cancer Action carries the voices of people affected by breast cancer to inspire and compel the changes necessary to end the breast cancer epidemic.

Breast Cancer Fund

The Breast Cancer Fund identifies – and advocates for elimination of – environmental and other preventable causes of breast cancer.

National Breast Cancer Coalition

NBCC's mission is to eradicate breast cancer by focusing the administration, U.S. Congress, research institutions and consumer advocates on breast cancer. The Coalition informs, trains and directs patients and others in effective advocacy efforts. In June 2012, Fran Visco, president of NBCC, announced the Breast Cancer Deadline 2020 initiative, a call to action for all healthcare providers, policymakers, researchers and scientists to end breast cancer by Jan. 1, 2020.

National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS)

The National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship is the country's oldest advocacy organization led by those affected by and treated for cancer, advocating for quality cancer care for all Americans and empowering others affected by cancer. NCCS believes in evidence-based advocacy for systemic changes at the federal level in how the nation researches, regulates, finances, and delivers quality cancer care.

Patient Advocate Foundation

The mission of the Patient Advocate Foundation is to provide effective mediation and arbitration services to patients to remove obstacles to healthcare including medical debt crisis, insurance access issues and employment issues for patients with chronic, debilitating and life-threatening illnesses.

Research Advocacy Network

The Research Advocacy Network works to bring together all participants in the medical research process for education, support and connecting patient advocates with the research community to improve patient care.

Stand Up To Cancer

The purpose of this group, a collaboration of the Entertainment Industry Foundation and the American Association for Cancer Research, is to establish and support a focused and intense effort to make changes in cancer research as quickly as possible.
