Suzanne B. Coopey, MD is an assistant in surgery in the division of oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital and an instructor of surgery at Harvard Medical School. She is board certified in surgery.
Dr. Coopey’s clinical expertise is in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease and the management of women at high risk for breast cancer. Her research interests include new lumpectomy techniques to improve outcomes and reconstruction results, evaluating nipple-reconstruction techniques, and the risk of breast cancer in women with unusual breast lesions.
