Richard A. Michaelson, MD
Richard A. Michaelson, MD, serves as chief medical officer for oncology at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Pennsylvania, his training in internal medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and his fellowship training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Michaelson has been a strong advocate for excellence of oncology care in the community and community education and research. He is recognized as a leader in breast cancer care and is a frequent participant in regional and national symposiums sponsored by breast cancer advocacy organizations. He has spoken at LBBC programs often throughout the years.
