Carolyn Weaver, RN, MSN, AOCN
Ms. Weaver is a clinical nurse specialist at the Fox Chase Cancer Center and serves as a nurse educator for its breast cancer patient care team. She organizes a wide range of educational support programs for women living with cancer and their caregivers.
In 2008, Ms. Weaver was awarded the Oncology Nursing Society Excellence in Patient/Public Education Award to recognize her contributions. She has over 20 years of experience and is active in educating the public about the community resources available for women living with cancer. Ms. Weaver is a member of LBBC’s Medical Advisory Board and frequently speaks for us and reviews our publications.
