Heather Ingo-Nutile was diagnosed with stage IIIb triple-negative breast cancer at just 32. That diagnosis and subsequent prognosis ignited her passion and began her mission to help others who are affected by breast cancer as well as those looking for ways to live a healthy lifestyle. She is an active blogger in the health and wellness industry helping others improve their own health, obtain health related information, and to advocate for the many breast cancer charities. She is also a speaker at local and national events that help to empower women to make the choices that make them strong and healthy in all aspects of their lives.
Heather has served on the event planning committee for the American Cancer Society for the last 4 years. She has also served as a Girl Scout leader for 12 years, president of her local high school fine arts organization, as a volunteer for the Young Survivor Coalition, director for the Illinois Miss Heart of America Pageant (a pageant with a purpose to end hunger), and was the 1st runner-up in National Ms. American Coed. In her spare time she loves to snuggle with her rescue pup, a Chihuahua and a corgi. She also has a beautiful and talented daughter who attends Western Illinois University.
