The Breast Cancer Helpline is a service that lets you talk by phone with a trained volunteer who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. They can provide you with emotional support, share practical information and give comfort. All calls are completely confidential. Women and men diagnosed with breast cancer and their caregivers are invited and encouraged to use the Helpline. You are not alone.
Phone: (888) 753-LBBCYour call will be answered by someone who knows what you're feeling – a person who, like you, has experienced breast cancer. Helpline calls are answered live Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (ET). At all other times, just leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours and often much sooner. If you would like, we can also connect you with an understanding volunteer who has faced similar circumstances or shares a common concern.
Our Breast Cancer Helpline is staffed by volunteers who have been personally affected by breast cancer and Living Beyond Breast Cancer staff who have been trained to answer calls. The information provided is NOT a substitute for professional counseling or medical advice. The Breast Cancer Helpline volunteers and staff are not authorized to provide, and will not provide, medical, counseling or legal advice.
