Richard Michaelson, MD, serves as chief medical officer for oncology at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. Dr. Michaelson has been a strong advocate for excellence of oncology care in the community and community education and research. He is recognized as a leader in breast cancer care and is a frequent participant in regional and national symposiums sponsored by breast cancer advocacy organizations. He is a member of LBBC’s medical advisory board and has spoken at our programs often throughout the years.
