About Our Speaker

Adam Brufsky, MD, PhD, FACP, is the professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and serves as the associate director of clinical investigation for the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Association for Cancer Research.

Dr. Brufsky is currently the principal investigator of the Pittsburgh Breast Cancer Consortium, a program intended to increase community access to clinical trials for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer, as well as for a number of other breast cancer studies.
