I hope that my work with Living Beyond Breast Cancer will increase the support services available to breast cancer patients and increase awareness among the general public about the growing trend of younger women being diagnosed with breast cancer.
Adrienne is interested in legislative advocacy to increase funding for breast cancer research and in increasing public awareness of the patient experience, including advocating for more aggressive screening among younger women as soon as any breast issue is discovered. She has worked as a teacher in many different capacities. She plays the piano and loves connecting with people through music and activities like outdoor sports. Adrienne loves getting outside and enjoying nature but is also an extrovert who gets a lot of energy from sharing experiences and connecting with other people.
