Holly Kreuser, RN, BSN, OCN

As a survivorship coordinator, Holly works with cancer patients to help them navigate through the transition from the acute treatment phase to the post-treatment phase of their cancer journey. She helps provide cancer treatment summaries to patients at the end of treatment, discusses available resources, and provides information about the long and late side effects from treatment. Holly is passionate about this work and wants to be sure her patients have the knowledge and support they need as they move through their cancer journeys.
