Madison Pfeiffer, MA
Madison’s job is to support logistics, planning, and event management for LBBC’s fundraising events. This includes developing promotional outreach materials, supporting DIY fundraisers, assisting with planning the annual gala, and assisting with the coordination of LBBC’s signature Reach & Raise event.
Madison received her undergraduate degree in History from Arcadia University. After graduation, she decided to continue her education there and received her Master’s Degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution. During her college career, Madison was fortunate enough to travel internationally several times. While on a trip to South Africa, she was introduced to the incredible world of nonprofit work. This sparked a desire to concentrate her Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management which allowed her to connect with NGOs both locally and in Northern Ireland and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Madison loves being creative and in her free time she can often be found painting or drawing. She also enjoys baking, traveling, reading, and hanging out with her two dogs.
What inspires my work at LBBC:
I think it is incredibly important to find ways to support underserved populations, especially during trying times in their lives. After graduation I felt very strongly about aligning my career in a way that would allow me to do that full-time. Working at Living Beyond Breast Cancer gives me great satisfaction because I know that all my effort is directly supporting people in need.
