Self-care can make a significant difference to women during and after breast cancer treatment. In this session you will learn about the principles of self-care and healthier living that can help you cope and manage the emotions of your diagnosis and improve your energy levels and your overall sense of well-being.

Aisha Chilcoat, ND, FABNO, is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor who earned her doctorate degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. She completed several advanced trainings in Environmental Medicine and a two-year naturopathic oncology residency at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Southwestern Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Chilcoat also holds advanced distinction as a certified practitioner from the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFMCP), and as a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO).
