The Philadelphia International Airport services the Philadelphia area and is just seven miles from Center City. There are several options to get you from the airport to the conference hotel.
Airport TrainSEPTA’s Regional Rail system provides trains to Center City Philadelphia which depart from Philadelphia International Airport. Please take the train to SEPTA's Jefferson Station which is located on Market St. between 10th & 12th Sts. The conference hotel is within walking distance from this train station. TaxiPhiladelphia taxis charge a flat rate of $28.50 for travel between Center City and the airport.
By BusBuses run to Philadelphia’s Greyhound Station. Please visit Greyhound's website for schedules into the Philadelphia’s Greyhound Bus Station located at 1001 Filbert Street in downtown Philadelphia. The station is a three block walk from the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.
By CarBy car, Philadelphia is just two hours from New York City, 90 minutes from Baltimore, three hours from Washington D.C. and about an hour from Lancaster County, Atlantic City and the New Jersey shore via major highways. For individuals who travel to the conference by car, the conference will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel located at 1200 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
ParkingValet parking at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel is $44.10 overnight (this is a 10% discount off the standard overnight rate of $49), daily rates vary depending on length of stay and start at $32 for up to 3 hours. Valet prices include in and out privileges and tax. Self parking is available at a variety of lots in the area, but not at the hotel. Two nearby lots are run by Parkway at 12th and Filbert St. and also at 12th and Walnut St. Self parking prices vary by lot.

We have secured a block of sleeping rooms at discounted rate of $199 plus 16.25 % tax, per night. To get this rate, mention Living Beyond Breast Cancer at the time of making your reservation. Availability is limited. The deadline to receive the discounted sleeping room rate, if it is available, is Wednesday, August 29, 2018. UPDATE: Currently the Loews is sold out for the nights of September 28 and September 29, however, availability shifts frequently so rooms may become available.
