Young Women's Initiative Happy Hour

Join other young women and their caregivers for discounted drinks and complimentary appetizers.
5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Attend this special get-together to meet other first-time attendees, hear about conference highlights and learn how to stay connected throughout the weekend. Hosted by LBBC's Hear My Voice volunteers, a leadership corps of volunteers living with MBC, you will be welcomed by others who once were new to this conference and now give back by advocating and sharing their own experience living with mets.

Join us for a light dinner of sandwiches and salads to meet new friends or reconnect with old ones.
Refresh and Restore: An Evening of Connection & Wellness

Go on a journey toward integrative wellness. Join us for an evening of essential oils, art therapy and mindfulness – all while enjoying sweet treats and the company of others.
This interactive session offers the chance to sample three types of integrative therapy. Learn about the uses and benefits of essential oils while creating your own take-home essential oil blend. In art therapy, hear how creative expression can help you process your feelings and make a piece of art that explores the creative coping energy we all hold within. Complete the evening with a group meditation to center your mind and set your intention for the weekend ahead.

Refresh and Restore Quiet Room & Lounge

Refresh, restore and recharge. Visit this quiet, calm space, as needed to spend time away from noise, lights, and other stimuli of conference spaces.
Love Always, Mom Philly Premiere & Party
The award-winning documentary, Love Always, Mom, written, produced, & directed by 2017 Hear My Voice Alum, Trish Gonnella Russo hosts its Philadelphia Premiere as a DIY Fundraiser to benefit Living Beyond Breast Cancer. Filmed over the course of 3 years, Love Always, Mom is a feature documentary that tells the tale of a woman living with Stage 4 cancer and her husband's controversial decision to have a child using an egg donor and a surrogate.
The Cyan Gray Hope Foundation, Trish's non-profit that funded the film, will donate half of its proceeds from the evening to Living Beyond Breast Cancer. Bring your Hollywood swagger to the red carpet, enjoy movie snacks, & drinks, and enjoy an inspiring film made by one of our own. See a trailer, learn more, and get your tickets today! Discount tickets available for conference attendees but the event is also open to the public so spread the word and invite your Philly friends!
An Evening Mini-Coach Tour of Philadelphia
7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Join us for a guided coach tour of Philadelphia! Enjoy the tour on a mini-coach style bus through the streets of Historic Philadelphia. The tour will take you past the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin’s Printing House, Betsy Ross’ House, Elfreth’s Alley and more! The tour departs from, and returns to, the lobby at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing.
Pre-purchased tickets are are required for this event. Tickets are $5 each with a 2 ticket maximum per person.

Reach & Raise: Thriving Together
8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Join us for an inspirational all-levels yoga class to refresh and energize as you start your day. This is a special opportunity to be a part of Reach & Raise, LBBC’s signature yoga event in support of those affected by breast cancer. Everyone can participate, regardless of fitness level or experience with yoga. Modifications of poses and chair yoga poses will be demonstrated throughout the class.
