Douglas Yee, MD

Douglas Yee, MD is director of the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota, one of the nation’s 45 National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer centers.  A professor in the departments of medicine and pharmacology, Dr. Yee holds the John H. Kersey Chair in Cancer Research.  He is known for his lab research on the growth regulation of tumors by insulin-like growth factors and the clinical use of these findings. Dr. Yee is the author of well over 210 publications.  He maintains an active clinical practice in breast medical oncology at the Breast Center, University of Minnesota Medical Center.  

Dr. Yee is a Pew Scholar and a Komen Scholar with Susan G. Komen and has been a co-investigator on a V Foundation Translational Research Grant.  He has an active leadership role in the ISPY-2 clinical trial where he serves on the executive committee, the data access and publication committee, and as chair of the agent selection committee.  Dr. Yee is also a member of the scientific advisory committee for the Love/Avon Army of Women.  



Pamela Ginsberg, PhD

Pamela Ginsberg, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who specializes in women’s health and wellness.  With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Ginsberg works with women with all cancers at all stages, with a special interest in working with women with metastatic breast cancer.  She also works with women with a variety of other health challenges, life balance, grief and bereavement, stress management, decision-making, parenting, and relationship issues.  Dr. Ginsberg is on staff at Doylestown Hospital and on the Board of Directors for The Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia (Gilda’s Club).  She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Health Psychology, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and the American Psycho-Oncology Society.  Dr. Ginsberg is a frequent speaker on the subject of coping with cancer for both a professional and patient oriented audiences.



Pallav K. Mehta, MD

Pallav K. Mehta, MD, is the director of integrative oncology and director of practice development at the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper in Camden, New Jersey. He is a medical oncologist/hematologist with expertise and interest in breast cancer and integrative oncology and is board certified in oncology, hematology and integrative medicine. He is a member of Living Beyond Breast Cancer’s Board of Directors. 

Dr. Mehta previously served as the chief of the division of hematology and oncology and the medical director of the Charles A. and Betty Bott Cancer Center at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania. He has been the cancer liaison physician to the Commission on Cancer and authored several journal articles and clinical trials, in which he has served as a local principal investigator. He also developed a broad integrative medicine initiative aimed at people with cancer.

Dr. Mehta has been invited to speak nationally on the topic of exercise and cancer and serves as a consultant and speaker for several international oncology-related companies pertaining to breast cancer, genetics, and molecular profiling. He is co-author of After Cancer Care: The Definitive Self-Care Guide to Getting and Staying Well for Patients After Cancer.
