Attend an Event
Whether it’s Living Beyond Breast Cancer's Reach & Raise, a black tie ball for 600 guests, or grape stomping at a vineyard, our events are a great way to support LBBC and have fun while doing it.
Raising Awareness With Yoga When Jessica Weidknecht of Denver saw a flyer in her physical therapist’s office for LBBC's Reach & Raise (formerly known as LBBC’s Yoga on the Steps), she knew she had to get involved. Diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ in 2013 at age 40, Jessica—already a yoga lover—was looking for a way to raise awareness about breast cancer.
I felt LBBC was an organization for which I could make a big difference,” says Jessica.
She formed a team for yoga team in Denver in 2014, capturing the top fundraising spot.
