Breathing Beyond: Weekly Yoga Series
We know that this is a difficult time and many are feeling the stress of isolation. Research shows that practicing yoga regularly can help cope with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia or fatigue.
Join the Living Beyond Breast Cancer team and friends from across the country on Fridays at 6:00 p.m. (ET) for our new live community yoga class. Each week we will share a live all-levels yoga class with a certified yoga instructor on Facebook Live.
Together we will unwind from the week and take a collective breath.
How to join us:
- Set-up your mat, chair or floor space for your yoga practice
