Dr. Litton is a board certified medical oncologist and assistant professor of medicine in the department of breast medical oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on pregnancy and breast cancer, genetic testing and how breast cancer genes change at the molecular level.

Dr. Litton is principal investigator on several funded and unfunded studies of diagnostic methods and treatments for breast cancer, as well as the impact of breast cancer on current and future pregnancies. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Society of Clinical Oncology; board member of Saint Luke’s Episcopal Health Charities and The Children’s Fund in Houston; and director of The Texas Lyceum.
