Charmaine Chan was diagnosed with DCIS at age 40 on an initial screening mammogram. She feels very lucky to have discovered LBBC and be reintroduced to yoga as a healing modality. She loves working as a family physician, teaching medical students and volunteering on the helpline for LBBC. She has been cancer free for the last 3 years now, thanks to the support of her friends and family, especially her loving husband and dog.
