Erin Bradshaw has been a cornerstone of the Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) since she joined in 1998, just two years after its founding. With more than 26 years of dedication, Erin has significantly influenced the organization's growth and impact. She began her journey at PAF providing essential administrative support, which laid the foundation for her transition into a dedicated case manager role.
Erin’s career at PAF evolved through key positions, including leadership in training and quality assurance for the case management department, external communications, and patient education. For 11 years, she served as a leader within the case management department, shaping its direction and effectiveness.
Currently, Erin holds the position of executive vice president for the advancement of patient services and navigation in program development. In this role, she extends her expertise in case management, building on long-standing relationships with PAF's external partners to support the case management, CareLine programs, and non-profit administration. Erin is instrumental in cultivating relationships with donors and securing grants, donations, and cooperative agreements that sustain PAF’s case management and social needs navigation programs.
Additionally, Erin is a recognized subject matter expert in case management and needs navigation, both within PAF and in the broader community. She collaborates closely with the Patient Insight Institute (PII), Community Engagement and Outreach, and the National Patient Advocate Foundation (NPAF), contributing her extensive knowledge to advance PAF’s mission.
