As a partner in labor and employment at Philadelphia’s Ballard Spahr, Meredith represents employers in a range of industries, including retail, technology, higher education, and health care, and she assists with training and compliance programs.
In addition, she counsels clients regarding needs and concerns including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour issues, the Family Medical Leave Act and other leave acts, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other accessibility issues, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and diversity and inclusion programs.
In 2018, Meredith co-chaired Living Beyond Breast Cancer’s annual Butterfly Ball. She provides pro bono services for nonprofit organizations on personnel issues.
