Under Arin’s leadership, the Young Women’s Initiative has grown to reach over 100,000 young women affected by breast cancer and their loved ones across the country each year. She has also spearheaded the national needs assessment of young women that engaged over 1,500 young women from across the country. Arin has overseen the development of over 120 web and print resources for young women, the Let’s Talk About It Video Series for Young Women (13 videos and counting!), the Young Advocate Program, and the expansion of LBBC’s healthcare provider education programs.

What inspires my work at LBBC:I’m inspired by LBBC’s commitment to deeply understanding the diverse needs of people affected by breast cancer. We invest the staff time and resources to conduct needs assessments and other evaluation efforts to ensure that our programs are effective and meeting our constituent needs.
