The new year often brings with it new goals for developing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Join us this January for a Twitter Chat on how to develop healthy eating habits that will really stick.

Eating healthy is important for many reasons, but it’s not always easy to do, especially when you have breast cancer.  Join us, our guest panelists and our tweeps on Wednesday, January 18 at 12:00 p.m. (ET), for an hour-long chat to discuss:

  • how a breast cancer diagnosis impacts healthy eating
  • the everyday hurdles to eating well
  • strategies for achieving nutritional goals
  • tips for food prep and eating healthy on a budget
