Sandy Lipstein

Named treasurer of the Living Beyond Breast Cancer board in 2008, Sandy Lipstein has worked with LBBC since 2001. The following year, he and his wife, Gail, a long-time volunteer and 2006 gala honoree, were co-chairs of LBBC's eighth annual gala. Mr. Lipstein became a board member in 2007.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, Mr. Lipstein was CFO for Comcast-Spectacor until his retirement in June 2008. He now serves as a senior consultant to the company and an ex-officio member of the office of the chair. Previously, he worked for 15 years in public accounting and for four years as a partner with Grant Thornton LLP. Mr. Lipstein serves on the board of Universal Synergetics, Inc., Freedom Valley YMCA, Turning Points for Children and the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. He enjoys biking, gardening, martial arts and travel.
