Spencer Rand, Esq.

Mr. Rand is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law. In that position, he teaches a clinical class at the Temple Legal Aid Office in which students represent indigent clients with HIV, cancer, and/or physical disabilities in civil legal matters including administrative hearings to obtain public benefits and simple estate planning. He has been a legal services attorney, a sole practitioner, and served as the executive director of the Legal Clinic for the Disabled, Inc in Philadelphia, PA, where he is still on the board.
