Susie Ulloa, MD, RN, OCN, ONN-CG

Susie Ulloa, MD, RN, OCN, ONN-CG, was born and raised in Colombia where she completed medical school and practiced general medicine. She migrated to the United States in 1999 and settled in Florida where she and her husband raised their family. In 2009 she graduated nursing school from Santa Fe and has worked in cardiology, outpatient units, home care, hospice, and oncology. After being diagnosed and treated for breast cancer in 2014, Susie wrote a book about her experience and has worked in oncology navigation since 2016 advocating for patients. In 2019 Susie received the AONN+ Oncology Navigation Excellence Award.
