Nina is a breast cancer thriver. After being diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer in 2022, she is using her voice and positive energy to advocate against the recent coding change around DIEP flap surgery.
Nina and her husband Omar have three boys, ages 28, 20 and 13. In her spare time Nina enjoys reading, baking, hiking, gardening and spending time outdoors.
