Kyla’s main areas of interest are representing LBBC at events, policy and legislative advocacy, as well as scientific and research advocacy. Kyla is a former elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom. She enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts, binge-watching shows, and playing board and card games.

Through this experience, I hope to turn lemons into lemonade by sharing my experience with others and creating real change for other young women with breast cancer. I especially hope to shine a light on topics like fertility, cold capping, mental health, and navigating treatment with young children.
