Autumn Conner, BSN, RN, OCN, ONN-CG, is a breast oncology nurse navigator at St. Elizabeth Hospital Healthcare, serving patients in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area. Her entire nursing career has been dedicated to oncology, with experience spanning inpatient and outpatient care, infusion services, telephone triage, patient/family education, clinical support, and navigation.
Autumn is deeply committed to supporting people with cancer throughout every stage of their treatment journey. She is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options and access the resources they need to feel informed and supported during care.
Outside of her nursing career, Autumn is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys participating in half-marathons throughout the country. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, their children, and their Shetland sheepdogs.
