Atiba Page is an inclusion and culture partner at Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, N.J., where she brings her experience in inclusion, culture, and talent strategy from roles at organizations like Johnson & Johnson.
Atiba was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer in 2019. Her lived experience has shaped her advocacy for open conversations around cancer and mental health, particularly within the Black community. She is committed to reducing stigma, increasing awareness, and supporting more inclusive and equitable care.
Atiba actively serves on the board for Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC) and is an LBBC Hear My Voice advocate. She focuses on amplifying the voices and experiences of women of color. She founded Broken Crayons Speak, a support group that helps individuals navigate life and achieve professional success while embracing their authentic selves during and after a life altering medical diagnosis.
Through her advocacy and leadership, Atiba works to center community, resilience, and authenticity in the cancer experience, guided by her belief that “broken crayons still color.”
