Clara N. Lee, MD
Dr. Lee is associate professor of surgery at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. She is director of research at the university’s division of plastic surgery, an adjunct associate professor of health policy and management at its Gillings School of Global Public Health and a fellow of its Cecil G Sheps Center for Health Services Research.
Dr. Lee’s clinical practice focuses on breast reconstruction and microvascular surgery. Her research focuses on understanding and improving how people with cancer make decisions about surgery. She has expertise in patient-reported outcomes of breast reconstruction and patient decision making about breast cancer treatments.
