“I had an amazing experience and really value meeting those who I could relate to and felt they could relate to me and what I was experiencing. Before attending, I felt very isolated and alone although I have a very supportive family and friends. Attending this conference I feel I have found acceptance and feel so supported and hopeful."

Our partners and collaborators

Improving breast cancer care takes more than one organization.

Living Beyond Breast Cancer works alongside healthcare providers, academic cancer centers, advocacy organizations, and community partners to expand access to trusted information, improve outcomes, and ensure that the lived experience of breast cancer informs education, care, and policy. By bringing together medical expertise and patient perspective, we help shape programs, resources, and advocacy efforts that better reflect the needs of the people we serve.

As a founding member of the Metastatic Breast Cancer Alliance, we continue to serve on its board and help advance priorities for people living with metastatic disease. We also collaborate with organizations including Unite for HER, Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation, Project LIFE, Nueva Vida, TOUCH: The Black Breast Cancer Alliance, Susan G. Komen, and Cancer Support Community.

Through these partnerships, we strengthen education, advance health equity, support advocacy efforts, and ensure that more people have access to the information and resources they need.

How Living Beyond Breast Cancer is different

All ages, all stages

We support people from a new diagnosis through long-term survivorship and metastatic breast cancer. Our programs evolve as needs change — medically, emotionally, and practically.

Lived experience + medical expertise

Our work is shaped by the lived experience of those who have had breast cancer and reviewed by oncology, wellness, and mental health experts. What we share is both real and evidence-based.

Informed decisions at every step

We provide clear, trustworthy information, and practical tools so people can understand their options, ask informed questions, and take part in decisions about their care.

Space for every experience

Breast cancer is complex. Not every story is the same — and not every experience fits a single narrative. We intentionally create space for the full range of realities, so everyone feels seen and supported.

More than pink

You may notice that pink is not our primary color. That is intentional. Breast cancer is not one story, one outcome, or one emotion. For some, pink resonates. For others — especially those living with metastatic disease or grieving loss — it does not.

Trusted. Transparent. Accountable.

Living Beyond Breast Cancer is proud to be one of the highest-rated breast cancer charities in the United States.

  • Consecutive 4-star ratings from Charity Navigator since 2005 — a distinction achieved by fewer than 1% of U.S. charities
  • Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid (GuideStar)
  • Accredited charity through the Better Business Bureau
  • Selected as a 2025 trusted health resource by Everyday Health

We believe that strong governance and responsible stewardship are essential to fulfilling our mission.
