What is a sound bath meditation?

Sound bath meditation is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic sounds and vibrations to bring about healing.

Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve physical and emotional health and well-being. According to some researchers, the vibrations of a singing bowl can produce beneficial changes in the body by reducing stress, "harmonizing" the cells, and "balancing the body's energy system."

Most people will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing. Afterwards you may also find they carry significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, depression, and anxiety while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being.

Want to get more involved? Fundraise for LBBC.

There are many ways to raise funds for Gather for Good: you can walk a 5K, hold a bake sale, have a movie night, or make a direct donation. No matter what, you will be gathering for good and supporting the LBBC community.

Gather your circles of support and raise funds for Living Beyond Breast Cancer’s resources for people diagnosed and/or in treatment of breast cancer, such as the Breast Cancer Helpline, Reading for Reassurance, and the LBBC Fund.

Getting started is easy: create an account on our online fundraising page, share your reason for supporting LBBC, and connect your family and friends to your cause.

Together, we are making a difference and ensuring that no one impacted by breast cancer feels alone or uninformed.
