Before establishing her private practice in 2020, Ms. Bronzo served as an oncology clinical therapist, a hospice bereavement counselor, the coordinator for a children's bereavement program, a support member for family caregivers, and a regulatory project manager for oncology clinical trials.

With experience in providing individual and group counseling for both children and adults, Ms. Bronzo has facilitated groups addressing various aspects of loss, including parent loss, spousal loss, sibling loss, advanced cancers, caregivers, and children. She is an accomplished speaker, having presented at national conferences, for hospital systems, and for non-profit health organizations. Additionally, Ms. Bronzo has contributed to professional journals and books.

Her areas of special interest and expertise encompass anticipatory grief, legacy building, end-of-life issues, oncology, infertility, care for the caregiver, establishing continuing bonds, and post-traumatic growth.
