Erin Pellegrin, RD, LDN, serves as the senior director of culinary nutrition and education at Unite for HER, where she has been a member of the culinary nutrition team since 2018. In this role, she provides education and counseling to people with breast and ovarian cancers throughout treatment and survivorship, supporting side effect management, risk reduction, long-term health, and practical culinary skills through hands-on demonstrations.
Erin also leads Unite for HER’s national UFH Connect education initiative, which connects leading experts from across the country with the oncology community to present on topics that are timely, relevant, and impactful.
Prior to joining Unite for HER, Erin worked as a clinical dietitian specializing in oncology in Philadelphia. She holds a degree in nutrition from LaSalle University and a bachelor of arts in communication and journalism from St. John Fisher College.
