In this two-part webinar series, our experts will share practical and accessible ways to optimize your diet and reduce toxicity in your kitchen that you can incorporate into your daily life right away.

In this session, Olga Naidenko, PhD, vice-president of science investigations for the Environmental Working Group (EWG) will introduce easy ways you can reduce toxicity, starting with your kitchen.
