Jacci Thompson-Dodd, MA, MSSS, LASW, OSW-C

Jacci Thompson-Dodd is a wellness advocate and trainer who helps to improve quality of life for women dealing with life-altering illness or trauma. With a particular focus on women navigating the impacts of cancer, she pioneered “Thrivorship®," a movement to help women thrive throughout and beyond cancer treatment.

As a field researcher, Ms. Thompson-Dodd collaborated on several studies exploring the unique challenges facing African American women diagnosed with breast cancer. The STAR (Staying on Track After Recovery) Study received the 2016 Aetna Award for Excellence in Research on Older Women and Public Health from the American Public Health Association.

A certified oncology and advance practice social worker, Ms. Thompson-Dodd conducts continuing education training for oncology professionals, with commendations from the Association of Oncology Social Work and Pacific Northwest Oncology Social Work Consortium.

Ms. Thompson-Dodd is the author of "WHOLE: 12 Principles for Rebuilding Life After Breast Cancer," a practical guide for women to make an individualized Thrivorship Plan, now in its second edition.

Lorelei Bonet, LCSW, OSW-C, is a Clinical Oncology Social Worker at the Simms/Mann-UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology where she provides psychosocial care to patients with cancer and the people who love them.  She has worked in chronic illness for twelve years, and in oncology specifically since 2008.  She also participates in the multi-disciplinary intern training program at the Center where she can share her passion with students of social work, psychology and chaplaincy.  Lorelei has presented at national conferences on different topics, including The Healing Power of Hope and Forgiveness and the development of a concept she calls “Psychosocial Ecotones."

Stacy Kennedy, MPH, RD, CSO, LDN leads AVA’s nutritional experience, developing a top-tier coaching team and programs designed around customers’ needs. She is a senior clinical nutritionist and certified specialist in oncology nutrition associated with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. 

Ms. Kennedy regularly appears in TV, radio, print and social media and is featured in award-winning documentary films such as Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. She has over 20 years of experience, including in her own private practice and as an adjunct professor at William James College.
