Nutrition becomes a focal point for many women after a breast cancer diagnosis. Making healthy choices may be difficult because of a demanding lifestyle or simply because of the confusion around the best nutritional options. With so much information available, it can be challenging to figure out how to eat healthy and maintain overall wellness. 

During this program presented by our Young Women's Initiative, our expert, registered dietician Jean LaMantia, will discuss hot topics surrounding nutrition and breast cancer, including alcohol and sugar consumption, and a low-estrogen diet. Ms. LaMantia will also provide tips on how to spot trustworthy nutritional studies and news, as well as offer advice on how to talk to your healthcare provider about your nutrition questions. 

Our webinar begins with a 45-minute discussion with our expert followed by a 15-minute interactive Q&A.
